As Board Certified Health and Nutrition Counselors, we facilitate Employee Health & Wellness Programs which include on-site workshops, along with individual employee phone coaching and support. They serve as a first step in allowing the company to improve workplace health, and therefore experience many of the benefits described above. Individual employee support provides each employee with necessary coaching and recommendations specific to their individual needs and health concerns.
These programs are fun and informative forums for the discussion of healthy living, and provide the benefit of one-on-one coaching. We utilize an interactive approach to facilitate active learning and individual empowerment.
